12 Week MBA Fall session

The 12-Week MBA is a part-time mini-MBA that builds practical business skills for the AI era. Small, carefully selected cohorts, live faculty-led discussions, action-based business simulations and team projects are augmented by innovative TED Talks that spark new ideas and perspectives.

The 12-Week MBA isn’t self-paced, on-demand video content. It’s a live experience with carefully selected small cohorts designed by two globally recognized brands, Abilitie and TED. Each session is fast-moving, practical, and discussion-driven, combining clear frameworks with real-time coaching, breakout collaboration, and applied decision-making. You’ll leave every session with sharper judgment, stronger leadership instincts, and tools you can use immediately at work. Along the way, you’ll meet like-minded peers and learn with and from each other.

TED and Abilitie have curated topic-relevant TED Talks and woven them into the selective cohort-based program. These TED Talk moments are intended to spark new ideas and perspective, frame a challenge, or reinforce a concept you’ve just practiced. Each talk is paired with live discussion and guided reflection, so the insights connect directly to what you’re learning and can be applied right away.
