NOTE: In-Person Events must be based in Austin, Texas. Online events are allowed if they are run by Austin-based organizations.

Once submitted, your event will be reviewed and featured on our calendar and monthly newsletter. Otherwise, please look out for a follow up email should we be in need of additional details/information.

By submitting an event to the Austin AI Alliance calendar, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Accuracy and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all content submitted, including event details, dates, locations, descriptions, and any associated links or images. The Austin AI Alliance is not responsible for reviewing, editing, or verifying submitted content.

2. No Liability for Errors or Omissions

The Austin AI Alliance does not accept responsibility or liability for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in event submissions. We are not liable for any damages or issues arising from event attendance, promotion, or cancellation.

3. Right to Edit or Remove

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to reject, edit, or remove any submitted event for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate content, promotional spam, or failure to align with our organizational mission and community guidelines.

4. Use of Submitted Content

By submitting your event, you grant the Austin AI Alliance a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and distribute the content on our website, social media, and other promotional platforms.

5. No Endorsement

Inclusion of your event on the Austin AI Alliance calendar does not constitute an endorsement or partnership by the Alliance. We may include or reject events without obligation to notify submitters.

6. Data Collection

We may collect and store submitted information for the purposes of calendar management and communication related to your event. By submitting, you consent to this use.

7. Agreement
